By accessing or using MapleStarRoom.com ('the Platform'), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this Platform.
Platform Description
MapleStarRoom is a free-to-play social entertainment platform offering browser-based games and community features. All games use virtual StarCoins which have no real-world monetary value. MapleStarRoom does not constitute gambling in any legal jurisdiction as no real money is wagered, won, or lost.
Virtual Currency (StarCoins)
StarCoins are virtual tokens used within the Platform for entertainment purposes only. They:
- (a) have no monetary value
- (b) cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes
- (c) are not transferable outside the Platform
- (d) cannot be purchased
- (e) may be reset or adjusted at our discretion for platform maintenance or anti-abuse purposes
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform if under 18 years of age
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or hate speech
- Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
- Use automation, bots, or scripts to play games or gain unfair advantage
- Distribute or reproduce platform content without permission
- Impersonate MapleStarRoom staff or other users
- Share content promoting real-money gambling or external betting platforms
Intellectual Property
All content on MapleStarRoom, including game designs, graphics, text, and software, is the property of MapleStarRoom.com and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users retain ownership of any original content they contribute to community areas, but grant MapleStarRoom a non-exclusive licence to display such content on the Platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any loss of StarCoins due to technical issues, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore balances where possible.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting legal@maplestarroom.com.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced in the community lounge.
